We want a ‘Do care’ and ‘Can do’ service mentality from the personnel we encounter. We also expect our vehicles to be cared for when trusted in their care.
There are some real gems out there that need praise so be sure to raise their profile with a glowing review. Honesty is the best policy so be kind, true and brutal where appropriate.
