Wheels Matter provides AI-powered vehicle health scores, three-year forecasts, and maintenance predictions. These are generated using official government data (such as DVSA records) and information submitted by users.
2. AI Services & Limitations
Our AI tools are provided for informational purposes only.
All outputs are generated using available data and statistical models and:
Do not constitute professional mechanical, financial, or legal advice
Are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
You remain fully responsible for any decisions made regarding your vehicles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wheels Matter Limited and Ingrao‑McLarty Holdings Limited accept no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
3. User Accounts & My Garage
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
Key terms:
You may cancel your subscription at any time
No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods
All prices are listed in GBP
Prices may change, with reasonable notice
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
Upload illegal or unlawful content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our AI systems
Interfere with or overload our infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
All AI models, forecasts, content, and platform design are the intellectual property of Wheels Matter Limited.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content except for your own personal use, unless we give you written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We are not liable for:

Consequential losses
Loss of profit, data, or business
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Acceptable Use & Anti-Misuse Policy
Wheels Matter is for legitimate vehicle owners, prospective buyers, and those with explicit permission to check a vehicle.
You agree not to use the Service to stalk, harass, intimidate, or obtain information about any individual without their explicit consent.
This includes checking vehicles you own, are seriously considering purchasing, or have lawful permission to inspect (for example, at a dealership or used car showroom). Any attempt to use vehicle data for unlawful, harmful, or privacy-invasive purposes is strictly prohibited. We monitor for suspicious activity and reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts, report incidents to the police and DVLA, and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
